충청남도교육청이 농산어촌 소규모 학교의 교육 격차를 해소하고 돌봄의 질을 높이기 위한 ‘공동 온돌봄’ 체계 강화에 나섰다.
충남교육청은 17일 청양 사회적경제혁신타워에서 도내 작은 학교 관계자들이 참석한 가운데 ‘충남 작은학교 공동 온돌봄 운영교 생각나눔자리’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 행사는 소규모 학교의 현실적인 어려움을 공동 대응 모델로 해결하고, 학교 간 협력의 저변을 넓히기 위해 마련됐다.
이날 현장에서는 2~3개 학교가 연합하여 방과 후 활동 및 돌봄 과정을 운영하는 실사례가 집중적으로 조명됐다. 참석자들은 학생 이동 지원부터 프로그램의 다양성 확보, 전문 강사 수급 등 현장에서 마주한 생생한 경험담을 공유하며 실질적인 운영 해법을 논의했다.
충남교육청이 지난 2025학년도부터 본격적으로 추진 중인 ‘공동 온돌봄’은 단일 학교의 자원 한계를 연대를 통해 극복하는 혁신적인 교육 모델이다.
