이번 점검은 농림축산식품분야 재정사업관리 기본규정 72조 및 사업지침 등에 따라 지원받은 비닐하우스와 관련된 중요재산에 대한 사후 관리 의무를 이행하는 중요한 절차로 사업의 지속 가능성과 효율적인 운영을 위해 필수적이다.
점검 대상은 최근 5년간 해당 사업 지원을 받은 38개소로, 시설의 사업 목적 외 사용 여부를 비롯해 양도·교환·대여·담보 설정 등 관리 상태 전반을 중점적으로 확인할 계획이다.
군은 점검뿐만 아니라 농업인들의 애로사항과 건의 사항을 청취해 향후 예산 수립 및 사업 추진에 반영할 계획이다. 이를 통해 농업인들이 실제 필요로 하는 보조사업을 지원하고, 보다 효과적으로 운영될 수 있도록 개선할 방침이다.
