이번 입학식에는 지역 기업·공공기관·전문직 분야의 최고경영자 및 핵심 리더들이 참석했다.
이날 행사에서는 이일우 석좌교수(전 SK하이닉스 부사장)가 ‘AI 대전환 시대, 최고경영자의 새로운 조건’을 주제로 기조강연을 진행했다. 이 교수는 생성형 AI 확산에 따른 산업 환경 변화와 경영 전략의 방향성을 제시하며 최고경영자가 갖춰야 할 의사결정 역량과 조직 혁신의 중요성을 강조했다.
2026학년도 1학기 서원대학교 최고경영자과정(S-AMP)은 4월 16일부터 7월 23일까지 총 15주간 운영되며, 주 1회 강의와 네트워킹 프로그램을 병행하는 방식으로 진행된다.
교육과정은 AI 비즈니스 패러다임, 생성형 AI 업무혁신, 재무·회계, 노무·인사, 리더십 및 협상 등 경영 실무 중심 강의와 함께 CEO 퍼스널 브랜딩, 비즈니스 매너, 웰니스 등 경영자의 자기관리 영역까지 아우르는 것이 특징이다. SK하이닉스 전 부사장 출신 석좌교수의 특강과 회계·노무 등 분야별 전문가 강의가 함께 구성돼 실질적인 경영 역량 강화에 초점을 맞췄다.
또한 골프 프로그램과 수상스키 등 체험형 네트워킹을 포함해 참여자 간 교류와 결속을 강화하고 학기 말에는 1박 2일 집중형 프로그램을 통해 과정이 마무리된다.
