양 기관은 이번 만남을 단순한 행정적 협조를 넘어, 군립교향악단 단원들과 지역의 꿈나무들이 음악으로 소통하며 함께 성장하는 ‘예술적 동행’의 시작점으로 삼기로 뜻을 모았다.
특히 일회성 행사가 아닌 지속적인 교육과 체험 중심 프로그램을 추진해 학생들의 예술적 역량을 키우고, 지역과 함께 성장하는 문화 환경 조성에 중점을 둘 방침이다.
군은 이번 협약을 계기로 교육지원청과의 협력을 강화해 군립교향악단의 전문성을 지역사회 전반으로 확산시키고, 군민이 체감할 수 있는 문화예술 생태계를 구축해 나갈 계획이다.
