【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군은 17일 군청 대회의실에서 안전관리위원회, 유관기관, 행사 관계자 등 30여 명이 참석한 가운데 ‘제4회 음성군 안전관리위원회’를 개최했다.
이번 심의회의 안건은 2026년 제20회 반기문마라톤대회, 제24회 음성 어린이날 한마당 큰 잔치 행사 안전관리계획 등이다.
이날 심의회에서는 각 행사 운영 계획과 세부 프로그램의 전반적인 안전관리 검토가 이뤄졌다.
주요 심의 내용은 △행사계획 및 부대행사 안전성 검토 △인파 운집(순간 최대 인원 1천명 이상) 관리 대책 △안전 인력 구성 및 배치 △전기·소방·가스·시설물 등 안전대책 △행사장 주변 교통대책 △기상 악화 등 돌발 상황 대비 △전년도 축제·행사 시 미흡 사항에 대한 안전관리 등이다.
특히 음성경찰서·음성소방서 등 유관기관의 협조로 소방시설 운영 및 비상 상황 발생 시 대처방안 등에 대한 검토도 진행됐다.
군은 각 행사 개최 전날 유관기관 관계자와 함께 행사장 각 안전관리 분야별 합동 안전 점검을 실시해 혹시 있을지 모를 위험 요소를 사전에 제거하고 당일에는 상황실을 운영하는 등 지속적인 안전관리를 펼쳐 성공적인 행사를 뒷받침할 계획이다.
이재규 안전건설국장은 “4월부터 6월까지 계속해서 큰 행사가 예정된 가운데, 지역 축제·행사 심의·점검 중 미흡한 사항에 대해서 꼼꼼히 살펴주시고, 안전한 지역 축제·행사가 운영될 수 있도록 적극 협조해달라”고 말했다.
