천안시 두정평생학습관은 17일, 시정 홍보를 담당하는 ‘온라인 서포터즈’와 영상 제작 과정 수강생들을 대상으로 소셜미디어 운영 시 발생할 수 있는 법적 분쟁을 예방하기 위한 사전 교육을 실시했다고 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 누구나 크리에이터가 될 수 있는 미디어 환경 속에서 무심코 저작권이나 초상권을 침해해 겪을 수 있는 민·형사상 법적 문제를 방지하고, 성숙한 온라인 콘텐츠 문화를 정착시키기 위해 기획됐다.
이날 특강은 법률 전문가인 김바올 변호사가 강사로 나서 ‘누리소통망(SNS) 운영을 위한 법과 제도’를 주제로 심도 있게 진행됐다.
김 변호사는 자칫 딱딱하게 느껴질 수 있는 법률 이론 대신, 실제 소셜미디어 운영 현장에서 빈번하게 발생하는 분쟁 사례를 중심으로 강의를 이끌어 수강생들의 몰입도를 높였다.
주요 교육 내용은 '콘텐츠 제작 시 필수적인 저작권 개념, 타인의 초상권 침해 예방법 및 분쟁 대응, SNS 관련 최신 법령 및 실무 가이드' 등으로 구성됐다.

2026년 하반기에는 '디지털로 미래로, 신(信)인생설계, 디지털 스마트 교육, 문화예술 공감 토크' 등 4개 테마로 총 38개의 다채로운 강좌가 시민들을 만난다.
여름방학을 맞이한 특별 프로그램도 기대를 모은다.
전직 KBS PD가 생생한 현장감을 전하는 ‘세계 여행 강좌’를 비롯해, 최신 기술인 ‘AI 에이전트(Notion AI) 구현하기’, 정서적 힐링을 돕는 ‘꽃차 소믈리에’ 등 3개의 특화 강좌가 개설되어 시민들에게 품격 있는 학습 기회를 제공할 예정이다.
