특히 현재 운영 중인 클린존 실버직 16명은 지역주민을 대상으로 채용된 인력으로, 일자리 창출사업의 일환으로 운영되고 있다. 이들은 매주 금·토·일 환경정화 활동과 기초질서 계도에 참여하며 지역사회에 활력을 불어넣고 있다.
