전북교육청은 포용적 장애 공감 문화 조성을 위한 '2026 더 특별한 장애 공감 교육'일환으로 제작한 장애 학생들의 작품 공모 참여 기회를 확대하고 교육 현장의 장애 공감 문화 활성화를 목적으로 추진한 '여행을 떠났어'그림책을 도내 모든 학교에 보급한다고 20일 밝혔다.
'여행을 떠났어'그림책은 도내 특수학교 재학생 대상으로 작품을 공모해 우수 작품으로 선정된 그림에 동화 작가가 이야기를 입히는 협업 방식으로 제작됐다.
책에는 등장인물들이 각자 여행의 방법을 찾는 과정을 통해 서로 다른 우리를 인정하는 것이 곧 나를 사랑하고 친구를 사랑하는 길이라는 의미를 담았다.
특히 모든 학생과 교직원ㆍ학부모가 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 파일 형태로 우선 보급되고 수업에 바로 적용 가능한 학습지와 영상 그림책도 함께 제공된다.
