박광온 의원은 고향사랑기부제 ‘전남도 1호’ 기부자로 시행 첫 날인 지난 1월 1일 전남도와 고향인 해남군에 각각 기부했다.
특히 고향사랑기부로 받은 답례품을 고물가 고금리 등으로 어려운 지역 취약계층에 또다시 기부해 남다른 고향 사랑을 보여줬다.
박 의원은 “고향사랑기부제는 지방재정 확충과 지역경제 활성화에 기여할 것”이라며 “출향 향우의 적극적인 동참을 위한 홍보가 중요한 만큼 전남 고향사랑기부제가 성공적으로 정착되도록 홍보하고 힘껏 응원하겠다”고 밝혔다.
전남도는 남도장터상품권, 친환경농산물꾸러미와 함께 여수 갓김치, 나주 배, 영광 굴비 등 전남의 특산품과 천연염색 체험, 편백나무숲 체험 등 250여 종의 다양한 상품을 답례품으로 제공하고 있다.
고향사랑기부제는 개인이 거주하고 있는 지자체를 제외한 지자체에 연간 500만 원까지 기부할 수 있는 제도다. 기부금액의 30% 이내에 해당하는 답례품을 지역 농수축산특산품 등으로 받을 수 있고 10만 원까지는 전액, 10만 원 초과분은 16.5%의 세액공제 혜택이 있다.
