[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 의령군과 전국공무원노동조합 의령군지부는 지난 23일 군청 회의실에서 오태완 군수와 강삼식 노조지부장을 비롯한 노사 양측 교섭위원 14명이 참석한 가운데 단체협약 조인식을 개최했다.
이번 협약은 2008년 3월 27일 최초 단체협약을 체결한 이후 15년 만의 행정변화에 발맞춘 새로운 단체협약 체결 소식이라 더욱 의미를 더했다.
의령군공무원노조는 2021년 9월, 전문 포함 총 222개 항목에 대해 단체교섭을 요구해왔다.
의령군은 교섭요구안에 관해 소관부서별 법령에 따라 검토를 거쳐, 여러 차례의 실무교섭을 진행한 결과 이번 최종합의에 이르게 됐다.
이번 단체협약에는 △공익신고자 보호제도 운영 △악성민원 대응 공무원보호 △조합활동 실질적 보장 △장기 재직 휴가기간 확대 등 노사 간 소통 기회 확대와 후생 복지 전면 증진 등의 내용이 두루 담겼다.
오태완 군수는 “이번 새롭게 마련한 단체협약을 계기로 의령군을 한층 더 발전시킬 수 있는 대안을 만들어 가는 노사 공동의 노력을 더욱 펼쳤으면 한다”고 말했다.
