[브레이크뉴스동두천 = 김완영 기자] 경기도 동두천시(시장 박형덕)는 개발압력이 높은 비시가화지역의 주거.공장 등 용도 혼재로 인한 기능 상충과 기반시설 부족에 따른 무질서한 개발이 우려되는 지역을 대상으로 계획적인 개발 유도와 관리 방향을 제시하고자 2023. 11. 24. 『동두천시 성장관리계획구역 및 성장관리계획』을 결정 고시했다고 밝혔다.
