원희룡 전 장관이 지난 22일 국토부를 떠나며 직원들에게 남긴 자필 편지가 언론에 보도되자, 공정숙 후보는 자필 편지에 대한 답장 형식으로 원희룡 전 장관에게 보내는 편지를 공개한 것이다.
