전남교육청, ‘학부모자치지원단 역량강화 연수’ 개최… 교육자치 실현 박차

도교육청은 21일 청사 대회의실에서 학부모, 교직원, 지역민 등 200여 명이 참석한 가운데 ‘학부모자치지원단 역량강화 연수’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 연수는 학부모가 학교교육의 주체로서 자율적으로 참여할 수 있는 기반을 다지기 위해 마련됐다. 학부모자치지원단은 앞으로 ▲학교 학부모회 운영 컨설팅 및 강의 ▲학부모-교직원 다모임 진행 지원 ▲지역학부모회연합회 활동 지원 등 현장에서 실질적인 자치 활동을 돕는 '조력자' 역할을 수행하게 된다.

이날 행사에서는 2026년 학부모자치지원단 운영 계획 안내를 시작으로, 학부모의 교육 참여에 대한 인식 개선, 지원단의 구체적인 기능과 역할, 교직원과 학부모 간 소통을 위한 다모임 운영 기법 등이 심도 있게 다뤄졌다.

강연자로 나선 김굉훈 해제초등학교 교장은 “학부모는 학생의 성장을 함께 이끄는 교육공동체의 소중한 일원”이라며, “자치지원단이 학교 현장에서 교직원과 학부모를 하나로 잇는 든든한 가교가 되어주길 바란다”고 강조했다.
