미·중·러는 분명 군사-경제적인 대국이다. 우리에 비해 영토도 넓고 인구도 많다. 미·중·러는 수십 개 민족을 품고 골머리를 앓았지만, 다른 해법으로 오래전에 국가통합을 이루었다.
미국은 흑인 노예해방을 위한 남북전쟁으로 수많은 백인이 희생됐다. 헤일리 공화당 대선후보, 트럼프의 추격자가 이 문제에 흑인을 저열하고 게으른 인종으로 치부했다가 공화당 표는 얻고 중도층 표는 대폭 깎아 먹은 실언을 했다. 시원한 사과는 없다. 미국 내 75% 백인 표를 결집하려는 술수다. 그 후과는 두고 볼 일이다.
미국은 자유와 평등 기치 아래 혼혈(混血)주의를 표방하나 백인 75%를 주류로 한 반(半) 차별주의로 안정을 찾았다.
소련의 스탈린은 소수민족 소개 정책으로 집단적 단합과 독립 요구 화근을 무자비하게 없앴다. 연해주와 사할린에 있던 우리 조상들은 일본 첩자 전력(前歷) 죄를 씌웠다. 삽과 괭이 솥단지, 이불과 옷이 두 보따리를 넘으면 빼앗아 파쇄 소각시켰다. 카레이스키(한인)를 중앙아시아로 90% 이상 열차에 태워 보내 갈대밭 한 가운데에 내던지듯 버렸다. 소개(疏開)와 집단화로 소수민족을 두부 자르듯 중앙아시아에 흩뿌렸다. 지금도 러시아엔 소수인종에 대한 차별이 심각한 문제로 존재한다. 소수민족이 혼자 전차 술집 밤거리에 다니다가 대낮 린치와 테러 대상이 되기 십상이다.
중국 영토의 30%가 넘는 지역의 장족 회족, 달라이라마의 조국 티베트를 강제 병합시켰다. 그리고 한족(漢族) 이주정책을 폈지만, 이슬람권이 돼지고기를 먹지 않으므로 혼혈(混血)정책은 실패했다. 전 세계의 45%, 하루 수백만 톤의 돼지고기를 먹는 중국인을 서장 신장웨이우얼 자치구 이슬람권에서 보면 신성모독이기 때문이다. 해서, 이들 자치구(自治區)에 엄청난 수의 군경을 상주시켜 독립운동에 서슴없이 곤봉을 휘두르고 총탄 세례를 퍼붓는다. 이 점령지 자치구의 군경 무장권을 박탈하여 독립운동을 원천 봉쇄했다.
우크라이나-러시아 1,800km 보병 위주 공방전으로 50여만 명이 살상 당했다. 만약 중국 서북부에서 이런 독립전쟁이 일어나면 전선은 5천km가 되어 장기전으로 수백만의 중국 인민해방군이 동원돼야 한다. 독립운동을 무자비한 진압으로 소수민족에게 차례로 극도의 공포로 안긴 바 있다. 중국은 총칼을 앞세워 소수민족 독립시위 초반에 박살 내 공포로 영토 대국을 유지하는 국가다.
여하튼, 미·중·러가 소수민족과의 갈등과 독립운동 위험의 싹을 잘라 국가 안정을 이룬 것은 다 야만적인 역사가 있다. 인디언을 학살하고 흑인마저 노예로 학대한 미국이 자유민주주의 첨병으로 우뚝 선 것, 소련의 소개 정책, 중국의 군경을 통한 공안 정책으로 독립운동 기미만 보이면 강력한 진압을 하는 것은 어떤 의미에선 반인륜적 린치(Lynch)의 성공 사례다.
미·중·러가 강력한 총칼로 소수민족의 저항을 누르고 대국(大國)이 되었으나, 그들의 문화와 종교 생활방식을 아직 바꾸진 못했다. 신(神)이 보기엔 범죄요, 국가적 린치(lynch)로서 세상의 종말까지 이 갈등은 대립 증폭 위험 요소를 안고 있다. 인류에게 마지막 남은, 인종과 종교의 대립 충돌은 가자지구에서 돈바스에서 그 끝없는 위험성을 실증(實證)하고 있다.
미·중·러는 영토확장과 유지를 유해 혼혈 소개 무력진압을 지금도 사용하고 있다. 이들 나라가 영토확장을 위해 절대다수의 백인 슬라브족 한족이 앞장서서 인구와 자원 시장을 통합 발전시켜 세계 선도국이 된 건 사실이다. 이에 반해, 인종 언어 종교 문제가 없는 작은 우리나라는 아직도 힘을 국경 밖으로 돌리지 못하고 분열과 대립으로 통합을 방해하고 있다.
37개 소수민족을 보듬은 중국에 이념과 종교대립은 더 이상 없다. 세계 2위의 경제 대국이 됐다. 다가올 총선은 민생이 우선되어야 하고, 성장 한계에 빠진 경제를 돌파할 고육지책은 분배와 복지를 강화하는 것이 답이다. 감세로 투자 여건을 강화한다는 현 정부의 정책은 출산율 감소와 자살자 증가로 이미 심판받았다.
한국 정치의 경우, 구원타자 한동훈 국민의힘 비대위원장이 등장했으나, 국방부 장관의 독도 분쟁 지역화 장병 교육 지침서 및 ‘노인은 식충이니 빨리 뒈져라.’라는 특대형 실책으로 발목이 접질린 상황이다. 그 이면에는 천박한 증오의 이념대립과 적반하장식 오역(誤譯)인식이 깔려 있다.
그 철갑의 대립적 이념의 갑옷을 입고는 결코 다이빙대에 오를 수 없고, 뛰어내려도 바닥에 부딪혀 중상을 입는다. 관객(국민)에게 큰 실수요, 역사 전진의 걸림돌임을 정치권은 대오각성할 일이다.
우리 역사도 김영삼(YS) 문민정부가 출범한 1992년까진 극우의 집단적 린치로 국민을 좌우로 가르고 반대파를 숙청한 역사적 사실을 부인키 어렵다. 3, 15 부정선거를 기화로 촉발된 학생 시민의 하야 요구를 총칼로 진압한 이승만은 하와이로 쫓겨났다. 북진통일(北進統一)을 외쳤지만, 300만의 동족이 살해된 6, 25의 새벽에 한강 다리를 폭파하고 대전으로 제일 먼저 도망친 이승만이 과연 국부(國父)로서 자격이 충분한가? 현 정부에서 이승만을 국부로 서책에 기록하고, 한동훈 비대위원팀 중 한 분이 ‘노인들이 빨리 죽어 나가야 민주화가 성숙된다’는 논조로 입각(入閣) 전 망언이 문제 되고 있다. 이를 그대로 내버려 두면 집권 우파의 광기이자 암묵적 동의의 린치를 국민에게 분열적으로 가하는 것이다.
쾌도난마의 청백한 지도자로 우뚝 선 한동훈 비대위원장이 대한노인회 회장에게 사과했다지만 부족하다. 골목길 멱살잡이 후 말리는 것도 아니고, 국가의 반(半)을 대표하는 지도자로서 처신은 자신에게 엄격하고 타인에게 관대해야 한다. 핀셋으로 뽑아내도 부족한 판에, 공동우물에 침 뱉고 텃밭 상추를 짓밟은 강아지를 내버려 두는 것은 가시 찔린 발로 천 리 길에 나서는 것이다.
이는 비난이라기보다, 상대 선수인 이재명 더불어민주당 대표에게 공격의 빌미를 허락하고 양팔 가드를 내리는 권투 스파링 상대를 자처하는 길이다. 대단히 불공정하고 왜곡된 총선 결과를 잉태한 허리케인급 망언으로, 당사자는 낙향하여 이름을 숨기고 시골 찻집으로 여생을 살면서 씻어야 할 사안이다.
이승만 기록, 독도 분쟁지역 군인 정훈교재 철회에 노인 사망 촉구설까지, 야당엔 호재(好材)요 여당엔 악재로 하세월 하기엔 민생이 괴롭고 힘들다. 이는 보수의 양 팔을 붙잡고 진보가 무수한 카운터 펀치를 날리는 격이라 대단히 불공정한 게임이다.
이 문제를 털어낼 책임자는 한동훈이다. 대통령의 지지율을 더블로 넘겼으니, 충분히 국가적 사안에 여당 대표자로서 입장을 명명백백히 밝힐 자격과 책임이 있다.
건강한 여당 지도자로 우뚝 선 한동훈이 내부의 자책과 실언으로 집단적 린치를 받기 시작했다. 실크에 똥을 감싼다고 결코 향수(香水)가 될 수 없다. 내다 버리든지 흐르는 강물에 빨아야 실크라도 재활용할 수 있다.
위법(違法)으로 잔인한 폭력이나 즉결 처형을 린치(lynch)라 한다. 조폭 세계에서나 있을 수 있는 일이다. 운동에서 올림픽이나 아시안 게임에 나가 금메달 동메달을 따야 군역을 면제받는다. 그 선수의 기량도 중요하지만, 초등학교부터 그 선수를 빛내기 위해 무수히 조연(助演)하다 잊혀 간 스파링(sparring) 선수들이 있었음을 명심할 일이다.
현재 민심은 국민의힘 한동훈 비대위원장이 내부 총질 파편에 다치기 시작했다. 스파링 상대(여론)에 제살깎아먹기 상태에 돌입했다는 게 중론(衆論)이다. 공정하지 못한 게임이다. 정치인에게 신념은 중요하다. 그것보다도 중요한 것은, 이견(異見)의 대립 충돌과 협의 조정이다. 정권이 바뀐다고 항상 절반의 국민에게 가해왔던 공멸적 린치를 거두고, 끝없이 스파링 상대를 바꿔 실력을 길러 아시아 세계 타이틀전에 나서야 한다.
사과가 붉은 색깔을 얻기 전에 태풍에 떨어지면 모아서 거름으로 쓴다. 다 익었는데 낙과(落果)되면, 선별과 세척 작업을 거쳐 주스로 재탄생된다. 상품성이 떨어지면, 거대한 믹서기를 통해 갈아서 잼이나 싼 음료로 하방(下放)된다. 모름지기 차후 정권 5년을 담당할 여당 비대위원은 용서와 비난의 대상을 넘은 노인에 대한 테러리스트로서 참형(斬刑) 대상이다.
불교에서 열 가지 중죄가 있으니 항상 경계하라 했다. 망어(妄語-거짓말), 기어(綺語-사탕발림한 말), 양설(兩舌-이간질한 말), 악구(惡口-나쁜 말) 등 네 개가 입으로부터 난다고 했다. 즉, 입만 잘 다스려도 죄의 40%는 짓지 않는다고 가르치고 있다. 스님들은 일 년에 두 번 동안거(冬安居) 하안거(夏安居) 육 개월을 입을 닫고 참선(參禪)해야 한다. 즉, 일 년의 절반을 입을 닫음으로써 50%의 죄를 멀리할 수 있다.
정치는 국민에 대한 무한 서비스다. 모처럼 흠 없는 한동훈 비대위가 대양(大洋)을 향해 닻을 올렸다. 항구를 떠나기도 전에, 내부의 잘못된 역사 인식으로 독도 분쟁지역 기술로 스크루가 멈췄다. ‘노인은 빨리 죽어야 한다’라는 가솔(家率)의 과거 망언은 부처님께서 경계한 악구(惡口-가장 악랄한 말)에 해당되어, ‘침상 위의 수류탄’이 된 격이다. 건강하고 가진 게 많은 노인이야 침 뱉고 넘길 일이지만, 산업화에 헌신하고도 전기장판과 연탄으로 지내는 노인에겐 살인적 트라우마다.

탐스럽게 출발한 한동훈 비대위가 멀리 나가 무역풍을 받기도 전에 선상 반란 유탄을 맞아 지켜보는 배웅객들이 혀를 차고 있다. 민주주의는 양당정치가 대부분이고, 항상 견제와 균형을 이뤄야 부패와 무능을 걷어낼 수 있다. 모처럼, 역대 지도자 중 실력과 청렴도 갑(甲)인 한동훈이 썩고 고장 난 바퀴로 주저앉는 것은 국가적 손실이다. 경기는 대등해야 하고 과정은 국민이 심판으로 지켜봐야 한다. 출범(出帆) 하자마자, 과거 전력과 내분으로 서서히 침몰해가는 모양새를 그저 한탄하고 기뻐하는 것은 국민 된 도리가 아니다. 많은 국민은 여야 지도자들의 죄의 종류와 무게가 비슷하다고 확신하고 있다. 아직, 이 판단에서 청백리로 자유로운 한동훈 비대위원장이 과거와 가신(家臣)으로 인하여 중도하차 하는 것은 달가워하지 않고 있다. samsohun@naver.com

The United States, China, and Russia are clearly military-economic powers. Compared to us, it has a larger territory and a larger population. The United States, China, and Russia have suffered from dozens of ethnic groups, but achieved national integration a long time ago using different solutions.
In the United States, many white people were sacrificed in the Civil War to free black slaves. Haley, the Republican presidential candidate and Trump's pursuer, made a slip of the tongue on this issue by dismissing blacks as a lowly and lazy race, thereby gaining Republican votes and drastically losing moderate votes. There are no cool apples. It is a tactic to rally the votes of 75% of white people in the United States. The aftermath remains to be seen.
The United States advocates mixed-raceism under the banner of freedom and equality, but has found stability through anti-discrimination with 75% white people as the mainstream.
Stalin of the Soviet Union ruthlessly eliminated the cause of demands for collective unity and independence through his policy of introducing ethnic minorities. Our ancestors in Maritime Province and Sakhalin were accused of being Japanese spies. If the shovels, hoes, pots, blankets, and clothes exceeded two bundles, they were taken away, shredded, and incinerated. More than 90% of Kareiski (Koreans) were sent by train to Central Asia and thrown into the middle of a reed field. Through evacuation and collectivization, ethnic minorities were scattered across Central Asia like cutting tofu. Discrimination against racial minorities is still a serious problem in Russia. Ethnic minorities who go out alone to streetcars and bars at night are prone to being lynched and terrorized in broad daylight.
The Dalai Lama's homeland, Tibet, was forcibly annexed to the Zhuang Hui people, which accounted for over 30% of China's territory. They also implemented a Han Chinese immigration policy, but the mixed-race policy failed because Muslims do not eat pork. This is because it is blasphemy to see Chinese people, who eat 45% of the world's total, millions of tons of pork every day, in the Muslim world of Xinjiang Weiwuer Autonomous Region. Therefore, a huge number of military and police were stationed in these autonomous districts, and they did not hesitate to swing clubs and rain bullets on the independence movement. The independence movement was completely blocked by depriving these occupied autonomous regions of their right to arm the military and police.
Over 500,000 people were killed in the 1,800 km long infantry-focused battle between Ukraine and Russia. If such a war of independence were to break out in northwest China, the front would be 5,000 km long and millions of Chinese People's Liberation Army troops would have to be mobilized for a long-term war. The independence movement was brutally suppressed, causing extreme fear to minority groups one after another. China is a country that maintains its territorial power through fear by crushing the independence protests of ethnic minorities at the beginning with the use of guns and swords.
In any case, there is a barbaric history in which the United States, China, and Russia achieved national stability by nipping in the bud the conflict with ethnic minorities and the risk of independence movements. The United States, which massacred Indians and abused even black people as slaves, stands tall as the vanguard of liberal democracy, the Soviet Union's evacuation policy, and China's public security policy through the military and police to strongly suppress any sign of independence movement, is in a sense an inhumane lynching. This is a success story from (Lynch).
Although the United States, China, and Russia have overcome the resistance of ethnic minorities with powerful guns and swords and become great countries, they have not yet been able to change their culture and religious lifestyle. In the eyes of God, this conflict is a crime, a national lynching, and carries the risk of amplifying conflict until the end of the world. The last remaining conflicts between races and religions for humanity are proving their endless danger in the Gaza Strip and Donbas.
The United States, China, and Russia are still using harmful, mixed-race, and armed suppression to expand and maintain territory. It is true that these countries have become world leading countries by integrating population and resource markets with the vast majority of the Han Chinese, a white Slavic people, taking the lead in expanding their territories. In contrast, our small country, which does not have racial, language, or religious issues, is still unable to channel its power beyond its borders and is hindering integration through division and confrontation.
There is no longer ideological and religious conflict in China, which embraces 37 ethnic minorities. It became the world's second largest economy. In the upcoming general election, the people's livelihood must come first, and the only way to overcome the growth-limited economy is to strengthen distribution and welfare. The current government's policy of strengthening investment conditions through tax cuts has already been judged due to a decline in birth rates and an increase in suicides.
In the case of Korean politics, Han Dong-hoon, chairman of the People Power Party emergency committee, appeared as a relief hitter, but his ankle was sprained due to the Minister of National Defense's outsized mistake regarding the Dokdo conflict localization guideline for soldiers and saying, 'The elderly are insectivores, so get over it quickly.' Behind this lies an ideological conflict of shallow hatred and a mistranslation of the language.
Wearing that iron-clad armor of conflicting ideology, you can never climb onto a diving board, and even if you jump off, you hit the floor and get seriously injured. The political world needs to wake up to the fact that this is a big mistake for the audience (the people) and an obstacle to the advancement of history.
In our history, it is difficult to deny the historical fact that until 1992, when the Kim Young-sam (YS) civilian government was launched, the people were divided into left and right and opponents were purged through mass lynchings by the extreme right. Syngman Rhee, who suppressed with guns and swords the student citizens' demand for resignation, sparked by the rigged elections on March 15, was driven out to Hawaii. Is Syngman Rhee, who called for the unification of the North, but who blew up the Han River bridge at dawn of the Korean War and was the first to flee to Daejeon, when 3 million of his compatriots were killed, truly qualified to be the father of the nation? In the current government, Rhee Syngman is recorded in a book as the father of the nation, and one of the emergency committee member Han Dong-hoon's statement that 'democracy will mature only when the elderly die quickly' is raising questions about his preposterous remarks. If this is left as is, it is the insanity of the ruling right and a divisive lynching of tacit consent to the people.
Emergency committee chairman Han Dong-hoon, who stands tall as a clear leader of Kwaedonanma, said he apologized to the president of the Korea Senior Citizens Association, but it is not enough. It's not like grabbing someone by the collar in an alley and stopping them, but as a leader representing half of the country, one's behavior must be strict with oneself and lenient with others. When pulling it out with tweezers is not enough, leaving a dog that spits in a communal well and tramples lettuce in the garden is like walking a thousand miles with thorn-pierced paws.
Rather than a criticism, this is a way of presenting oneself as a boxing sparring partner by allowing the opponent, Lee Jae-myung, leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, an excuse to attack and lowering both arms. This is a hurricane-level nonsense that resulted in a very unfair and distorted general election result, and it is an issue that the person concerned should go to his hometown, hide his name, and live the rest of his life in a country tea shop.
Syngman Rhee's records, the withdrawal of textbooks for military personnel in the Dokdo disputed area, and even rumors of calls for the death of the elderly are good news for the opposition party and bad news for the ruling party, making the people's lives difficult and difficult to pass up for the next few years. This is a very unfair game because it is like holding onto both arms of the conservatives and the progressives throwing countless counter punches.

If apples fall in a typhoon before they turn red, they are collected and used as fertilizer. When the fruit is fully ripe and falls, it is reborn as juice after sorting and washing. When marketability declines, it is ground in huge blenders and turned into jam or cheap drinks. Unsurprisingly, the ruling party emergency committee member, who will be in charge of the next five years of government, is a terrorist against the elderly who is beyond the scope of forgiveness and condemnation, and is subject to beheading.
In Buddhism, there are ten serious sins, so we must always be on guard. It is said that four things come out of his mouth: bad language (妄語 - lies), gear (綺語 - candy-coated speech), Yang tongue (兩舌 - disparaging speech), and evil speech (惡口 - bad speech). In other words, it teaches that even if you control your mouth well, you will avoid committing 40% of sins. As soon as it was launched, it is not the right thing for a citizen to just lament and rejoice at the gradual sinking of the past due to past power and internal strife. Many citizens are convinced that the types and weight of crimes committed by leaders of the ruling and opposition parties are similar.
