브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 김정은 북한 국무위원장이 한반도 내 전쟁이 더이상 추상적인 개념이 아니라 현실로 다가오고 있다면서 한반도 통일은 성사될 수 없다고 못 박았다.
31일 조선중앙통신 보도에 따르면 김 위원장은 지난 30일 열린 노동당 전원회의 5차 회의에서 "엄중한 정세는 우리 공화국으로 하여금 적들의 발악이 우심해질수록 그 어떤 형태의 도발과 행동도 일거에 억제할 수 있는 압도적인 전쟁대응능력과 철저하고도 완전한 군사적준비태세를 완벽하게 갖추기 위한 사업에 계속 박차를 가할것을 요구하고 있다"며 이같이 밝혔다.
김정은 위원장은 "조선반도지역의 위태로운 안보환경을 시시각각으로 격화시키며 적대세력들이 감행하고있는 대결적인 군사행위들을 면밀히 주목해보면, 전쟁이라는 말은 이미 우리에게 추상적인 개념으로가 아니라 현실적인 실체로 다가오고 있다"라고 강조했다.
이어 "인민군대에서는 각일각 첨예하게 변화되고 있는 조선반도안전상황을 예리하게 주시하고 예민하게 관리하며 항상 압도적인 자세에서 대응하면서 국가의 안전을 철통같이 수호하기 위한 군사적대책들을 더욱 빈틈없이 갖추어야 할 것"이라며 "만일의 경우 발생할 수 있는 핵위기사태에 신속히 대응하고 유사시 핵무력을 포함한 모든 물리적 수단과 역량을 동원하여 남조선 전 영토를 평정하기 위한 대사변준비에 계속 박차를 가해나가야 한다"고 말했다.
미국과의 관계에 대해서도 "강대강, 정면승부의 대미대적투쟁 원칙을 일관되게 견지해야 한다"면서 "올해 우리는 미국과 추종세력들의 발악적인 핵전쟁위협소동에 대처하여 핵에는 핵으로,정면대결에는 정면대결로 대답할것이라는 절대불변의 대적대응의지를 재천명했다"고 강조했다.
또한 한반도의 통일은 성사될 수 없다는 점도 분명히 했다. 김정은 위원장은 "장구한 북남관계를 돌이켜보면서 우리 당이 내린 총적인 결론은 하나의 민족, 하나의 국가, 두개 제도에 기초한 우리의 조국통일로선과 극명하게 상반되는 흡수통일, 체제통일을 국책으로 정한 대한민국것들과는 그 언제 가도 통일이 성사될 수 없다는 것"이라고 했다.
그는 특히 "우리를 '주적'으로 선포하고 외세와 야합하여 '정권붕괴'와 '흡수통일'의 기회만을 노리는 족속들을 화해와 통일의 상대로 여기는 것은 더이상 우리가 범하지 말아야 할 착오다. 지금 남조선이라는것은 정치는 완전히 실종되고 사회전반이 양키문화에 혼탁되였으며 국방과 안보는 미국에 전적으로 의존하는 반신불수의 기형체,식민지속국에 불과하다"고 비판했다.
그러면서 "북남관계는 더이상 동족관계, 동질관계가 아닌 적대적인 두 국가관계, 전쟁중에 있는 두 교전국관계로 완전히 고착됐다. 이것이 오늘 북과 남의 관계를 보여주는 현주소"라고 덧붙였다.
