한국스카우트연맹(총재 강태선, 블랙야크 회장)은 1월6일 자 보도자료에서 “한국스카우트연맹이 6일부터 14일까지 8박 9일간의 일정으로 31명의 스카우트 대원과 지도자로 구성된 「2024 한·일 친선교류프로그램」 한국대표단(단장 하남칠 중앙커미셔너)을 일본에 파견한다”고 밝혔다.
