보건복지부는 2024년도 제1차 국민연금심의위원회를 개최해 연금액을 인상하고, 2024년에 적용하는 기준소득월액 상·하한액을 조정하기로 결정했다고 9일 밝혔다.
위원회는 2024년도 신규 국민연금 수급자의 급여액 산정을 위해 필요한 ‘재평가율’을 결정했다. ‘재평가율’은 수급자의 과거 가입기간 중 소득을 연금 수급개시시점 기준의 현재가치로 환산하는 지수로써, 매년 법령에 따라 보건복지부장관이 과거 연도별 재평가율을 재조정해 고시하고 있다.
