[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 2023년 공동주택 감사 사례집 ‘궁금할 때 찾아보세요’를 발간했다고 12일 밝혔다.

시는 공동주택관리법에 따라 자체 감사계획을 수립해 연30개 단지에 대해 감사를 실시했으며 2017년부터 매년 감사 사례집을 발간해 관내 공동주택에 배포해 아파트 동별대표자 및 관리사무소장이 업무에 유용하게 활용하고 있다.

이번 감사사례집은 작년에 발간한 감사사례집의 개정판으로 총 286건의 사례가 담겨있으며 개정된 공동주택관리법 및 관련법령을 반영해 현장에서 알기 쉽도록 분야별, 유형별로 제작해 투명하고 효율적인 아파트 운영에 많은 도움이 될 전망이다.

관리일반, 회계관리, 공사·용역, 시설관리 4개 분야의 주요 감사사례를 담았으며 부록으로 공동주택관리에 도움이 될 수 있는 ‘우수단지 수범사례’ 10건도 함께 수록했다.

김수철 공동주택과장은 “이번 사례집을 통해 아파트 운영의 기초자료가 되어 행복도시 김해의 투명한 공동주택 문화를 조성하는 첫 걸음이 되기를 바란다”고 말했다.
