브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 올해 공공기관 신입 평균 연봉은 3964만 원으로 2021년에 비해 31만 원 인상된 것으로 나타났다.
18일 인크루트에 따르면 ‘2024 공공기관 채용정보 박람회’에서 제공하는 디렉토리북을 활용, 참여한 공공기관의 신입 연봉을 취합·분석한 결과, 올해 공공기관의 전일제 기준 신입 평균 연봉은 3964만 원이었다. 작년 신입 평균 연봉 3933만 원과 비교하면 약 0.8% 정도 인상됐으며, 2021년 수준과 비교하면 3% 올랐다.
연봉정보를 공개한 146곳 중 전일제 신입 연봉이 가장 높았던 곳은 ‘중소기업은행’(5335만 원)이며, 작년 동일조사(5272만 원) 대비 1.2% 올랐다.
이어 △한국원자력연구원(5253만 원) △한국투자공사 (5117만 원) △한국연구재단(5102만 원) △신용보증기금 (5079만 원) △한국산업은행(5000만 원) △국방과학연구소(4990만 원) △한국원자력통제기술원(4976만 원) △기술보증기금(4960만 원) △한국과학창의재단(4839만 원) 순이었다.
신입 연봉 수준을 구간별로 나눠 알아본 결과, △5000만 원대(4.1%) △4000만 원대(45.9%) △3000만 원대(47.3%) △2000만 원대(2.7%)이며, 연봉 범위는 최저 2700만 원에서 최고 5335만 원까지인 것으로 확인됐다.
