브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 삼성전자서비스가 고객의 불편을 최소화하기 위해 설 연휴에도 ‘수리 서비스’를 제공한다. 9일부터 12일까지 4일간 연휴가 이어짐에 따라 긴급 수리가 필요한 고객을 지원하는 취지다.
설 연휴 중 11일과 대체공휴일인 12일에 서비스센터 9곳이 문을 열고 휴대폰, 태블릿 등 수리 서비스를 제공한다.
갤럭시 사용자에 대한 서비스 강화를 위해 운영 중인 ‘주말 케어 센터’ △삼성강남 △홍대 △중동 △성남 △구성 △대전 △광산 △남대구 △동래 등 9곳이 대상이다.
운영 시간은 9시부터 18시까지다. 홈페이지 및 컨택센터를 통해 사전 예약한 고객에게 서비스가 제공된다. 단, 삼성강남센터 운영 시간은 10시부터 19시까지다.
연휴 기간 가전제품 고장으로 긴급한 수리가 필요한 경우 출장서비스도 제공한다. △냉장고 냉동·냉장 안됨 △세탁기 전원 안 켜짐 등 사용이 불가능한 고장 증상이 주요 대상이다.
