직장인 85.2%, ‘직춘기’ 겪은 적 있다..해결방법은?

브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 직장인 10명 중 8명 이상이 직장생활 사춘기, 즉 ‘직춘기’를 겪은 경험이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 직춘기는 근무 1년차에 겪는 경우가 가장 많았으며, 이직을 통해 직춘기를 극복하는 것으로 조사됐다.

 

14일 잡코리아에 따르면 직장인 1294명을 대상으로 ‘직장생활 사춘기를 겪은 적이 있는지’를 물은 결과, 85.2%의 직장인들이 ‘그렇다’고 응답했다. 반면, 직춘기를 겪은 적이 없다는 직장인은 14.8%에 불과했다.

 

직춘기를 겪었던 경력 년차로는 ‘근무 1년차에 겪었다’는 직장인이 24.4%로 가장 많았으며, △근무 3년차(18.9%) △근무 2년차(17.0%) △입사와 동시에(16.6%) △근무 5년차(6.5%) 등이었다.

 

직장인들이 직장인 사춘기를 겪는 이유는 ‘낮은 연봉, 인센티브가 부족하거나 없는 등 경제적 보상이 부족해서(46.1%)’가 1위를 차지했으며, △반복되는 업무에 지쳐(34.2%) △많은 업무량 때문에 워라밸이 사라져서(24.8%) △직장생활 인간관계에 염증을 느껴서(18.3%) △고용 불안정성 때문에(17.6%) △새로운 직무에 호기심이 생겨서(14.4%) △나의 업무 능력에 대한 자괴감 (11.7%) 순이었다.
