브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 신용보증기금은 지난 5일 영남대학교에서 금융인재 양성을 위한 ‘금융공공기관 실무’ 정규 강의를 시작했다고 6일 밝혔다.
이번 강의는 지난해 11월 신보와 영남대 간에 체결한 ‘정책금융 연구 활성화 및 우수 인재 양성을 위한 업무 협약’에 따라 개설됐고, 3학점이 인정되는 정규과정으로 운영된다. 2학기에는 ‘정책금융제도의 이해’ 과목이 개설될 예정이다.
교육과정은 스타트업 지원 제도, 신용평가 및 리스크 관리, 중소기업 관련 회계 및 세법 등 정책금융 전반에 대한 이해를 높일 수 있도록 짜여졌고, 신보 정책금융 전문강사가 현장경험을 살려 직접 강의한다.
특히, 본 과정은 신보 본점 현장 학습, 다른 정책금융기관 업무 담당자 특강, 영남대 출신 선배들과의 대화 등 취업 준비에 도움이 되는 다채로운 프로그램을 담고 있다.
최원목 신보 이사장은 “본 과정은 학생들이 접하기 어려운 금융산업 현장의 이야기를 담고 있어 유익한 강의가 될 것으로 기대한다”며 “신용보증기금은 미래 세대의 성장과 발전을 위해 대학과의 학술협력을 더욱 강화해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
