[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 청렴하고 건전한 조직문화 조성을 통해 청렴도 1등급 달성을 위한 ‘2024년 반부패·청렴 추진계획’을 수립해 본격 추진에 나선다.
군은 국민권익위원회에서 발표한 2023년 종합청렴도 결과와 지난 2월 군 자체적으로 직원들에게 실시한 설문조사를 통해 파악된 취약 분야에 대한 개선사항을 반영해 △솔선수범 청렴문화 확산 △소통과 공감으로 조직문화 개선 △현장 속 청렴의식 강화 △생활 속 청렴실천 다짐의 4개 분야에서 29개의 시책을 추진한다.
먼저 ‘솔선수범 청렴문화 확산’을 위해 고위공직자의 청렴소통 회의 개최해 청렴시책 추진 동력을 확보하고 부패취약분야 개선 노력 강화와 관심도를 제고한다.
또한 부정청구 행위에 대한 철저한 점검을 통해 건전한 공공재정 운용·관리를 강화하고 내부청렴도 향상을 위해 청렴교육을 강화한다.
다음으로는 ‘소통과 공감으로 조직문화 개선’을 위해 청렴 소통의 날을 운영해 유연하고 소통하는 직장문화를 조성하고 음주운전, 성추행·성폭력, 갑질 등 각종 청렴캠페인을 실시해 구성원의 참여를 통한 건전한 조직문화를 조성한다.
‘현장 속 청렴의식 강화’를 위해서는 찾아가는 CleanTeam을 운영해 사업현장에서 발생하는 민원처리 과정의 소극적 대응과 부패행위를 사전 차단한다.
