4.10 총선에서 이재명 더불어민주당 대표-조국 조국혁신당 대표, 그리고 이준석 개혁신당 대표가 의회 권력자로 등장했다. 이에 따라 윤석열 대통령이 이들 3인과 대화할 것인지가 주목된다.
선관위가 발표한 4.10 총선 결과(전국 개표율 99.88%. 4월11일 완전 개표)에 따르면, 더불어민주당-민주연합 175석, 국민의힘-국민의미래 108석, 조국혁신당 12석, 개혁신당 3석, 새로운미래 1석, 진보당 1석 등이다. 선거결과에 의하면, 민주당-민주연합 175석으로 이번 선거에서 압승한 것으로 나타났다.

높은 물가고에 따른 민생문제 해결, 대 북한 문제, 국제외교 문제 등에서 제1당이 된 더불어민주당의 국정동반자로서의 책임이 가중(加重)됐다.
초미의 관심사는 윤석열 대통령이 범죄 혐의자이면서 이번 총선에서 당선자인 이재명 더불어민주당 대표-조국 조국혁신당 대표, 그리고 이준석 개혁신당 대표 등이 의회 권력자로 등장했는데, 이들을 용산 대통령실로 초치해서 대화할 것인지가 문제의 화두로 대두됐다.
국민의힘 총선지도부, 한동훈 비대위원장, 대통령실 등 여권은 총선 기간 내내, 이재명-조국 등을 범죄 혐의자로 몰았기 때문에, 이들에 대한 예우를 어떻게 할 것인지, 정치적 결단이 필요한 사안이다. 범죄혐의자를 국정운용-대화 상대자로 인정할지의 여부이다. 재판부 역시 이들(이재명-조국)의 수감문제를 고민하게 돼 있다. 또한 조국, 조국혁신당 대표는 선거 기간에 윤석열 대통령의 탄핵을 천명, 반정부 의정활동이 주목된다.
아울러 국민의 한동훈 비대위원장은 이번 총선이 패배함으로써 이에 따른 책임(責任)이 되돌아가게 돼 있다. 4.10 총선에서 여당이 승리했을 경우, 그는 차기 대선주자 반열에 오를 수 있었는데, 총선에서 패배함으로써 그에게 돌아갈 기회가 상실된 것으로 풀이 된다.
4.10 총선에서 더불어민주당-민주연합이 175석을 차지 압승, 국회 원 구성에서 국회의장 자리를 제1야당인 더불어민주당이 차지하게 돼 있다. 차기 국회의장은 이번 총선에서 전남 해남군 완도군 진도군 의원(더불어민주당)으로 당선이 확정된, 박지원 전 국정원장이 유력해졌다. 그는 4월11일 오전 6시11분 기준 92.35%를 획득, 당선됐다.
