‘2024 제1차 KB굿잡 우수기업 취업박람회’ 개막식에는 한덕수 국무총리와 이성희 고용노동부 차관, 이재근 KB국민은행장 및 KB홍보모델 김연아 등이 참석해 구인기업과 구직자들을 격려했다.
올해로 25회째를 맞이한 ‘KB굿잡 취업박람회’는 2011년부터 출범 이후 총 누적 방문자수가 118만 명에 이르는 단일 규모 국내 최대의 취업박람회다. 현재까지 총 5300여 구인기업이 참가했으며, 9만6000여 건의 일자리 정보를 제공했다. 이를 바탕으로 3만8000여 명에게 일자리를 연결하는 등 우수한 성과를 기록하며 취업박람회 시장의 패러다임을 선도하고 있다.
이번 박람회는 KB굿잡의 최대 강점인 협업기관과의 강력한 네트워킹을 기반으로 KB 우수기업, 유관기관의 우수 회원사 및 대기업 협력사와 코스닥 상장사 등 240여 개의 구인기업이 참여해 구직자들의 선택의 폭을 넓혔다.
박람회 현장에는 △면접관 입장에서 모의면접을 진행하는 ‘면접 스터디존’△취업컨설팅관 △박람회 참가기업의 채용설명회 및 전문가 특강으로 구성된 ‘취업특강&채용설명회관’ △군간부 채용관 △각 분야의 직업을 직접 경험할 수 있는 ‘직업체험관’ △창업 희망자에게 종합컨설팅을 제공하는 ‘KB 소호 컨설팅관’등 다양한 프로그램이 마련돼 구직자들에게 유용한 정보와 경험을 제공한다. 구직자들의 적극적인 면접 참여를 위해 선착순 300명에게 면접지원금 1만원을 현장 지급한다.
특히, 이번 박람회에서는 채용 부스 가운데 ‘기업컬처존’을 시범 운영한다. ‘기업컬처존’은 직무적합성보다 문화적합성으로 인재를 채용하는 트렌드인 ‘컬처핏’을 반영한 채용관이다. 직원 복지를 포함한 기업의 문화와 비전을 구직자에게 제시하며 채용공고 게시대에도 기업의 자랑 및 한 줄 소개 등을 강조해 운영한다.

‘KB굿잡 취업학교’는 취업을 준비 중인 특성화고 학생들을 대상으로 전담 컨설턴트를 배정하여 5개월간 맞춤형 컨설팅, 진로상담 및 우수기업과의 취업 매칭 등을 지원하는 취업교육 프로그램이다. KB굿잡 사이트와 모바일 앱을 통해 구직자들에게 직무별 채용정보 및 MBTI유형별 면접전략 등 취업 관련 유용한 지식들을 사전 제공했다.
구인기업을 위한 실질적인 혜택도 폭넓게 준비했다. 박람회 참여 기업을 대상으로 신규 정규직원 1인당 100만원씩 기업별 연간 최대 1000만원의 채용지원금을 지급하며, 일자리 창출 우수기업에게는 최대 1.3%p의 금리우대를 지원한다.
박람회 종료 후에도 참가기업에게 KB굿잡 유관기관과 연계된 특화 인재 매칭서비스를 제공하는 등 중소·중견기업의 인력난 해소 및 채용 활성화를 위해 다방면으로 지원할 계획이다.
