18일로 예정된 의료계의 집단휴진을 앞두고, 최민호 세종시장이 관내 의료인들에게 집단휴진을 멈춰달라고 간곡히 당부했다.

시에 따르면 이번 집단휴진에 참여하는 관내 의원급 병원은 226곳 중 14곳으로, 진료에 큰 차질은 없을 것으로 예상했다.
하지만 만약의 사태를 대비해 보건소 연장 진료 함께 휴업에 참여하지 않은 의원, 병원, 종합병원과 약국 등을 적극 안내해 집단휴진에 따른 차질을 최소화할 계획이다.
