세종시, 간부공무원 청렴 리더십 교육

세종시가 24일 시청 여민실에서 4급 이상 간부공무원, 읍면동장, 지방공공기관 임원 등 100여 명이 참석한 가운데 ‘2024년 간부공무원 청렴리더십 교육’을 했다.

이날 교육은 청렴을 더 친근하게 이해하고 실천할 수 있도록 모래로 그림을 그려 메시지를 전달하는 샌드아트 공연이 진행됐다.

최민호 시장은 직접 샌드아트 공연에 참여해 공직자의 청렴 실천을 강조하는 메시지를 적고 청렴의 가치와 중요성을 일깨웠다.

이어 국민권익위원회 청렴교육강사 장재성 교수가 ‘청탁금지법, 행동강령의 직무상 갑질금지’ 등을 주제로 사례 중심의 강의를 통해 청렴에 대한 이해도를 높였다.

최민호 시장은 “청렴은 공직자로서의 품격과 자존심을 지키는 것”이라며 “자신의 가치관과 철학을 벗어나는 일을 허용해서는 안된다며 공직자로서의 자존심과 품격을 지키길 바란다”고 말했다.

한편 시는 2023년 공공기관 종합청렴도 평가에서 광역자치단체 최고 등급인 2등급을 받았으며 청렴도 향상을 위해 청렴책임관제, 상호 존중의 날 운영 등 반부패·청렴시책을 추진하고 있다.
