[브레이크뉴스=박찬호 기자] 경상남도교육청은 25~26일 미래교육원에서 도내 초·중·고등학교와 특수학교 교장, 교감 2,000여 명을 대상으로 ‘학생맞춤통합지원 관리자 역량 강화 연수’를 가졌다.
‘학생맞춤통합지원’은 부서.사업별로 학생을 지원하던 방식에서 벗어나, 복합적인 어려움(기초학력 미달, 경제적 어려움, 심리적·정서적 어려움, 학교폭력, 아동학대 등)을 겪는 학생을 조기에 발견하여 전문가와 지역사회 연계등으로 학생의 성장을 돕는 학생 맞춤형 지원 정책을 말한다.
이번 연수는 서울 성수중학교 김영삼 교장의 강의로 사업의 이해도를 높이고 각급 학교의 체계적인 학생맞춤통합지원 체계를 구축하는 방안을 마련하는 자리였다.
한편, 교육부는 2023년부터 국정 과제로 학생맞춤통합지원 체계 구축 정책을 추진하며 이에 따라 경남교육청은 선도학교 초.중.고 16개 학교와 창원, 진주, 김해, 함안교육지원청을 시범 운영하여 학생맞춤통합지원 체계를 구축하기 위한 모델을 개발하는 데 참여하고 있다.
