[브레이크뉴스 경기북부 = 김태영 기자] 경기도 양주시에서 최초로 성공한 41층 629세대의 양주신원주택조합(e편한세상 덕정역 더 스카이) 해산총회가 강수현 양주시장의 축사속에서 성공리에 마무리를 지었다.
이 조합 아파트는 2016년 8월에 시작해 약 8년간의 세월속에서 모진 풍파를 딛고 지난해 10월 27일 1개월을 앞당겨서 준공처리 완료했다.
이날 총 조합원 602명 중 조합규칙에 의거 20%이상이 현장 참여한 145명과 위임 조합원 386명을 합해 531명 참석해 88%의 참석율을 보였다. 당일 6개 안건을 상정한 결과 단 1명 만이 반대의사를 보인 완벽한 지역재건축조합의 성공 신화를 만들었다.
김명근 조합장은 "감개가 무량하다. 그동안 고생을 많이하신 임원과 조합여러분께 감사의 말씀을 드린다. 특히, 강수현 시장과 이은숙 도시주택국장을 비롯한 관계공무원에게 더욱 함께 해주어 감사하다. 해산총회를 미루면 조합원들에게 부담이 되어 미진해도 하루속히 법적으로 마무리해야 한다. 그래야, 비용이 적게 들어 조합원들에게 부담이 적어진다. 남은 청산까지 무보수로 최선을 다 하겠다"라며 잠시 눈시울을 글썽였다.
강수현 시장은 "양주시 최초로 지역조합주택 해산총회 개최가 뜻 깊다. 이에 김명근 조합장에게 감사의 말씀을 드린다. 양주시가 다소 교통이 불편해도 앞으로 많이 개선될 것이다"라며 양주시의 정착에 힘을 실어 주었다.
이영수 총괄이사는 "강수현 시장께서 우리 아파트를 많이 사랑하고 계신다. (구)회천배수지에 공공시설을 이전해 주민생활과 밀접한 시설이 들어 오도록 부탁 드린다"라고 은근히 조합원들 앞에서 부탁을 하면서 박수를 유도해 훈훈한 분위기를 연출했다.
한편 해산총회를 성공리에 마무리하면서 청산절차를 하도록 김명근 조합장을 청산인 대표로 선임했다.
