브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설은 30일 공시를 통해 올 2분기 매출은 2조8215억원, 영업이익 1048억원, 당기순이익 965억원을 기록했다고 밝혔다.
매출과 영업이익은 전년동기 대비 각각 13.8%, 51.9% 감소했고, 당기순이익도 52.7% 줄어들었다.
상반기 연결실적을 잠정 집계한 결과, 매출은 전년 동기 5조8795억원 대비 9.7% 감소한 5조3088억원을 기록했다. 사업부문별로는 △주택건축사업부문 3조4754억원 △토목사업부문 1조883억원 △플랜트사업부문 5684억원 △기타연결종속부문 1767억원의 매출을 올린 것으로 나타났다.
영업이익은 전년 동기 3944억원 대비 44.3% 감소한 2196억원을 기록했다.
대우건설 관계자는 “지속되는 고금리 및 원가율 상승과 현장 수의 감소 영향으로 매출액 감소 및 수익성이 악화되어 상반기 영업이익이 줄어들었지만 어려운 건설 경영 환경 속에서도 영업이익률 4.1%, 당기순이익률 3.5%를 기록하며 업계 최고 수준으로 내실경영에 주력하고 있다”며 “매출은 연간 계획 대비 51% 달성한 바 기 수주 프로젝트의 원활한 착공으로 올해 말까지 사업계획 달성은 무난할 것으로 보인다”고 설명했다.
한편, 상반기 신규 수주는 4조4008억원을 기록했다. 1분기에 성남 수진1구역 재개발(7793억원), 인천 초저온 물류센터(4482억원) 등 대형 프로젝트 수주를 비롯, 2분기에 여의도 공작아파트재건축(5704억원), 대장~홍대 광역철도(2896억원), 동탄2 A76-2BL(2226억원) 민간참여 공공주택사업 등을 수주했다.
상반기 말 기준 44조9888억원의 수주잔고를 보유하고 있고, 이는 연간 매출액 대비 3.9년 치 일감에 해당한다.
