거창군, 상반기 적극행정 우수공무원 6명 선발

[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 능동적인 업무 추진으로 군정 발전과 군민 편익 증진에 이바지한 직원 6명을 ‘2024년 상반기 적극행정 우수공무원’ 으로 선발했다.

군은 부서에서 추천한 적극행정 우수사례에 대해 7월 11일부터 14일까지 4일간 거창군 홈페이지를 통해 온라인 군민심사를 진행했으며 지난 1일 거창군 적극행정위원회 심사를 통해 체감도, 적극성, 중요도, 확산 가능성을 종합적으로 평가해 최종 선발했다.

최우수 적극행정 우수공무원은 전략담당관 우가희 주무관으로 만성적인 농촌인력난 해결을 위해 도입한 외국인 계절근로자 유치와 관련해 브로커 개입 배제를 위해 노력하는 등 제도 활성화에 크게 기여했으며 거창군의 사례가 외부에 알려진 후 방송사와 타 지자체에서 방문이 잇따랐다.

우수상은 저소득계층 자활근로사업단의 다회용기 세척사업으로 관내 전 장례식장의 일회용품을 획기적으로 감소시키고 일자리를 창출한 복지정책과 김기희 주무관과 제2 거창창포원 조성 국가사업에 적극 참여해 군비 절감에 기여한 환경과 배재철 담당주사가 선정됐다.

이밖에도 장려상에는 고견천 자연재해위험개선지구 정비사업에 43억원의 국비를 증액 확보한 안전총괄과 권기홍 주무관, 산사태 예방 및 대응 활동을 적극적으로 추진한 경제기업과 변성지 주무관, ‘3무 농업’ 재활성화를 위해 노력한 농업기술과 김주리 주무관이 선정됐다.
