브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 삼성생명은 대표적인 컨설턴트 산학연계 과정인 ‘연대-삼성 금융리더’ 6기의 수료식이 열렸다고 13일 밝혔다.
지난 12일 서울시 서대문구 연세대학교에서 ‘연대-삼성 금융리더’ 6기 컨설턴트 52명의 수료식이 진행됐다. 이날 행사에는 연세대 김용호 행정·대외 부총장, 삼성생명 오화종 FC영업본부장, 이완삼 전략영업본부장 등이 참석하여 컨설턴트들의 수료를 축하하는 자리를 가졌다.
오화종 FC영업본부장은 이날 축사에서 “8주간의 금융리더 과정을 수료하신 것을 축하드리며, 이번 과정은 고객에게 한층 더 수준 높은 금융서비스를 제공하는 자양분이 될 것”이라며 “앞으로도 고객과 함께하는 최고의 금융전문가로 활동해 주길 희망한다”고 말했다.
2017년 개설된 ‘연대-삼성 금융리더’ 과정은 컨설턴트의 만족도가 가장 높은 삼성생명의 대표 산학 연계과정이다. 영업 경력 만 3년 이상의 우수 컨설턴트를 대상으로 매 기수 약 50여명을 선발하며 이번까지 총 300여명의 수료생을 배출했다.
지난 6월부터 시작된 이번 ‘연대-삼성 금융리더’ 과정은 연세대 교수를 포함 각 분야의 저명한 강사를 포함해 경제, 세무, 리더십, 인문학, 의학 등 다양한 커리큘럼으로 8주간 진행됐다.
특히, 산학연계과정에 참여한 컨설턴트들이 보험업계 최초로 유일하게 연세의료원 중입자치료센터를 견학하는 시간도 가졌다.
한편, 삼성생명은 컨설턴트의 성장을 위한 다양한 교육 프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 삼성생명은 3년 이하의 신인 컨설턴트를 대상으로 ‘주니어스타’ 과정을 운영한다. 우수한 성적을 거둔 신인들을 대상으로 시상식을 진행하고 VIP 공략 특강, 성공 노하우 공유 등의 시간을 통해 인사이트를 나누는 등 신인 컨설턴트들을 격려하는 시간을 가진다.
또한, 성균관대 경영대학과 협약해 실시되는 ‘성대-삼성 차세대리더’ 산학연계 과정도 2023년 신설됐다. 7주간의 과정으로 연 2회 실시되며 참여 컨설턴트들은 금융, 마케팅, 의학, 스피치 등 다양한 분야의 전문가에게 강의를 듣고 보험 마케팅 전문가로 거듭나게 된다.
삼성생명 관계자는 “컨설턴트들이 금융전문가로 거듭나 고객에게 최상의 보험 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 다양한 산학연계 과정을 진행하고 있다” 며 “컨설턴트의 성장을 위해 수준 높고 차별화된 교육을 지속적으로 운영해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
