류재복 언론인은 “정명석, 그는 무죄다. 왜?” 제목의 저서를 출간(정경시사 Focous 출판사), 지난 8월26일 오후 3시, 서울시 한국프레스센터 20층 프레스클럽에서 가졌다. 이날 행사에는 내외귀빈 등 약 200여명이 참석했다.

이날 출판 기념회에서는 브레이크뉴스 문일석 발행인, 기독교복음선교회교인협의회 곽동원 목사, 민추협 이두찬 위원장, 남북이산가족협회 박태웅 사무총장의 축사가 있었다. 이어 <정명석, 그는 무죄다. 왜?> 저자인 류재복 대기자의 소개에 이어 저자 인사가 있었다.
