[브레이크뉴스경기남부=용인 이현준기자] 성남시는 주민자치 위원들의 리더십 강화를 위한 워크숍에 팀 빌딩 활동과 체육대회를 도입해 운영하겠다고 2일 밝혔다.
기존에 집합교육 위주이던 워크숍과는 다른 추진 방식이어서 주목된다.
이번 워크숍은 오는 9월 4일 오전 10시~오후 5시 700여 명이 참석한 가운데 성남실내체육관에서 열린다.
팀 빌딩 활동은 수정·중원·분당 구별 주민자치 위원이 3개 팀(수정 250명, 중원 170명, 분당 280명)을 이뤄 피구 경기, 협동 제기차기, 볼풀 농구, 피라미드 탑 쌓기를 하는 방식으로 진행된다.
체육대회는 지구를 올려라, 기차 릴레이, 큰 바퀴 릴레이, 바람 잡는 특공대 등 8개 종목 결과와 응원, 화합 점수를 합산해 우승팀을 결정하는 방식으로 진행한다.
시 관계자는 “새로운 방식의 주민자치 워크숍은 함께 경쟁하고 협력하는 과정을 통해 즐겁게 소통하는 자리가 될 것”이라면서 “이를 통해 위원들의 주민 자치활동에 관한 역량을 높이고, 책임감을 강화하게 될 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.
성남시 주민자치 위원은 동별 주민자치센터 운영과 주민의 문화·복지·편익 증진을 위해 봉사활동을 하는 무보수 명예직이다.
