[브레이크뉴스경기남부=광주 이현준기자] 광주시의회는 제311회 광주시의회 임시회를 9일까지 개최한다.
2024년도 제2회 일반 및 특별회계 세입·세출 추가경정예산안과 조례안 18건, 동의안 15건, 결의안 1건, 위원회 구성결의안 1건 등 총 38개의 안건에 대한 심사가 진행될 예정이다.
광주시가 제출한 2024년도 제2회 추가경정예산안은 지난 제1회 추경안보다 약 1,623억원(일반회계 783원, 특별회계 840원)이 증액된 1조 8,070억원으로 3일부터 5일까지 각 상임위원회별로 추가경정예산안에 대한 예비심사를 진행한 뒤, 6일 예산결산특별위원회에서 종합심사를 통해 예산안을 확정할 계획이다.
한편, 이번 회기에 제출된 조례안 18건 중 의원발의 조례안은 5건으로 ▲광주시 외국인복지센터 설치 및 운영 조례안 ▲광주시 특전사동지회 지원에 관한 조례안 ▲광주시 시각장애인 보도점자블록 설치 및 관리 조례안 ▲광주시 자원봉사활동 지원 조례 일부개정조례안 ▲광주시 문화재단 설립 및 운영에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안을 심의할 예정이다.
허경행 의장은 “새롭게 시작하는 제9대 후반기 의회는 시민들에게 꼭 필요한 예산과 조례를 처리하기 위해 막중한 사명감을 갖고 의정활동을 펼치겠다”며, “시민과 함께하는 의회로서 시민의 뜻이 시정에 반영될 수 있도록 최선을 다해주실 것을 당부드린다.”고 말했다.
