동국대 WISE캠퍼스 ‘인문도시지원사업’ 선정

【브레이크뉴스 경주】박희경 기자=동국대 WISE캠퍼스(총장 류완하)는 2일 교육부과 한국연구재단이 주관하는 ‘인문도시지원사업’에 선정되었다고 밝혔다.

인문도시지원사업은 대학·지역사회의 네트워크를 통해 지역 인문 자산을 발굴하고, 관련 프로그램을 개발하여, 대학과 지역민이 함께 하는 인문학 대중화 사업이다. 동국대 WISE캠퍼스는 3년간(2024년 9월~2027년 8월) 5억원을 지원받아 경주시와 함께 ‘경주, 공감문화 상생플렛폼 도시’ 사업을 진행한다.

주요 사업내용은 명사초청강연, 찾아가는 인문강좌, 맞춤형 인문강좌, 삼경체험의 길(용담정-최제우생가), 6훈 재연 퍼포먼스(최부자고택, 교촌), 신라차명상(동국대 WISE캠퍼스 선센터), 경주학 학술대회 토크콘서트, 공연, 디지털배지, 공감시민상 등이 있다.

동국대 WISE캠퍼스 인문도시사업단장 홍은숙 교수는 “경주는 대한민국 정신문화의 본산으로 다양한 정신문화가 창발한 도시로 이번 사업을 통해 경주의 공감정신을 되살리고 공감문화를 창발하여 인문 플렛폼을 구현할 계획이라며, 이웃과 함께하는 최부자댁의 공감정신, 자연과 함께하는 동학 삼경사상, 신라차문화 체험을 통해 인문도시 경주의 지평을 넓게 펼쳐 나갈 것이라”고 선정 소감을 말했다.

한편 동국대 WISE캠퍼스 인문도시사업단은 사업단 블로그, 경주시청 알짜배기 문자시스템 등 다양한 채널을 통해 프로그램 소개와 일정을 공유할 예정이다.

Dongguk University WISE Campus Selected for ‘Humanities City Support Project’
