[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도경제과학진흥원(이하 경과원)이 ‘현장클리닉 지원사업’ 참여기업을 모집한다.
경기도 남부권역 중소기업의 경영 애로사항 해결을 위한 다양한 경영 과제를 신속히 해결하고 지속 가능한 성장을 지원하기 위해 10일까지 모집한다.
모집대상은 경기도 남부권역(수원시, 안성시, 오산시, 평택시, 화성시) 내 본사 또는 공장이 위치한 중소기업 중 경영애로를 겪고 있는 제조업 관련 기업이다. 올해는 총 9개 기업을 모집한다.
경과원은 방문이 어려운 원거리 중소기업의 상담수요를 고려해 금융, 수출, 노무 등 다양한분야의 전문가가 직접 기업 현장을 방문해 기업의 어려움을 파악하고 심층 컨설팅을 전액 무료로 지원할 예정이다.
지원 분야는 ▲경영애로(자금, 인사/노무, 세무/회계, 법률 등) ▲수출/판로애로(원자재 수급, 수출, 무역보험, 마케팅 전략 등) ▲기술 관련 인증/R&D(기술 지원 및 자문, 정부과제 수주, 특허 등) ▲맞춤 직무교육(중대재해, 젠더교육, 산업안전·보건 등) 등이다.
특히 올해는 한국폴리텍대학 반도체융합캠퍼스와의 협력을 통해 반도체 산업 특화 지원도 이뤄진다. 해당 분야 전문가의 기술지도와 함께 첨단 장비 활용 기회도 제공될 예정이다.
