[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 경기도경제과학진흥원(이하 경과원)은 ‘공정거래 자율준수제도(CP)’ 컨설팅 지원사업 참여기업을 모집한다.
지난 2일 도내 기업 5개 사를 대상으로 공정거래 체계 구축 및 생산성 향상을 위한 참여기업을 오는 26일까지 모집한다.
공정거래 자율준수 프로그램(CP, Compliance Program)은 기업들이 공정거래 관련 법규를 준수하기 위해 자체적으로 운영하는 교육, 감독 등에 관한 내부준법시스템을 말한다.
전국 최초로 시행되는 이 사업은 지난 6월 21일 법제화된 “공정거래 자율준수프로그램 운영 및 유인 부여 등에 관한 규정”에 대해 도내 중소.중견 기업들이 사전에 대비할 수 있도록 지원하는 컨설팅이다.
대.중.소 기업 간 상생협력을 통한 양극화 해소 및 도내 기업의 지속 가능한 성장 기반을 조성하기 위해 마련됐다.
모집대상은 경기도에 본사 또는 공장을 보유하고 있는 업력 3년 이상의 중소.중견 기업으로 경영상태, 거래실적, CP도입의지, CP 운영목표 타당성 등을 종합 평가해 내달 10월 중 지원기업 5개 사를 선정할 예정이다.
선정된 기업은 올해 말까지 기업별 규모 및 수준에 적합한 컨설팅 수행사를 자율 선택하여 기업당 최대 1천만 원의 컨설팅 비용을 지원받는다.
지원내용은 ▲CP도입 컨설팅 ▲CP운영 점검 컨설팅 ▲CP편람 제작 및 개정에 관한 컨설팅을 통해 기업의 공정거래 자율준수 역량 강화를 지원받을 예정이다.
참여를 희망하는 기업은 오는 26일까지 이지비즈 누리집을 통해 신청하면 된다. 제출서류, 평가기준 등에 관한 사항은 누리집을 통해 확인할 수 있다.
강성천 경과원장은 “CP도입 컨설팅 지원을 통해 도내 중소.중견 기업의 공정거래 체계가 구축되고 자율준수 문화 확산에 기여할 수 있도록 다양한 지원을 제공하겠다”고 말했다.
