동국대학교 WISE캠퍼스는 수시모집 정원을 2024년도의 1,614명(정원내)에서 1,696명(정원내)으로 늘려서 모집 비율을 93.4%로 높이는 수시모집 중점 입시 전략을 세웠다.
또 의학계열을 제외한 모든 모집단위에서 수시 모집 지원도 전형 유형별로 6회까지 가능하도록 문호를 넓혔고, 수능 최저학력 기준도 적용하지 않는다.
의예과 선발인원이 49명에서 120명(+71명), 간호학과 선발인원이 119명에서 158명(+39명)으로 증가했으며, 의예과의 지역인재 선발의무에 충실하고자 경북지역 고등학교 졸업(예정)자가 지원 가능한 지역인재(경북-교과), 지역인재(경북-종합) 전형을 신설했다.
학생부위주(교과)에서 학생부 교과 100%로 선발하는 ▲교과전형은 900명, ▲지역인재(교과)전형은 96명, ▲지역인재(경북-교과)전형은 16명, ▲교과성적 외 면접점수를 30% 반영하는 면접전형은 241명을 모집한다. ▲불교추천인재전형은 42명을 모집하며 한의예과, 의예과 모집인원이 1명에서 3명으로 증원되었다. 학생부위주(종합)에서는 ▲참사람 전형으로 213명, ▲지역인재(종합)전형으로 50명 ▲지역인재(경북-종합)전형으로 10명, 총 273명을 선발한다. 학생부위주(종합)에서 의학계열(한의예과/의예과/간호학과)를 제외한 모집단위는 면접고사 없이 학교생활기록부를 통한 서류평가 100%로 선발한다. 수능최저학력기준의 경우 전형에 관계없이 의학계열(한의예과/의예과/간호학과) 지원시에만 적용한다.
수시모집 최초합격자 발표는 2024년 10월 25일(수능최저 미적용), 2024년 12월 13일(수능최저 적용)로 예정되어 있다.
수시모집 정원내 전형 최초 합격자에게 장학금 100만원을 제공하고, 정원내 전형 충원 1차 합격자에게 50만원을 지급하는 혜택도 제공하고 [불교추천인재전형(승려) 및 특기자/실기우수자전형, (한)의예 제외], 불교추천인재전형 합격자[(한)의예 제외]는전원장학금 100만원을 지급한다. 2025학년도 신입생 중 경주, 포항, 울산지역 학생은 본교에 입학한 후 1학년 2학기까지 재학시 추가로 100만원의 장학금을 지급한다. 또한 수시합격자는 100% 기숙사 선발이 가능하다.
