차량공유서비스가 외부 거점에서 운영되면서 구청 주차 환경도 개선됐다. 그동안 주차 공간 부족으로 불편을 겪었던 민원인들은 최근 구청 방문 시 주차가 이전보다 한결 수월해졌다는 반응을 보이고 있다.
또 차량은 근무시간인 오전 9시부터 오후 6시까지 공무용으로 운영되고, 이후 시간에는 유료로 지역 주민들도 이용할 수 있도록 해 공공자원의 유휴시간 활용과 주민 편의 증진에도 기여하고 있다.
오는 5월 초에는 당초 계약한 경형 차량이 추가 도입될 예정이다. 북구청은 해당 차량이 배치되면 골목길 등 협소한 지역의 현장 민원 대응 속도도 한층 빨라질 것으로 기대하고 있다.
