용인특례시의회, 재건축 안전진단 비용 지원 확대

지난 5일 제286회 임시회 제2차 본회의에서는 가결된 조례안은 '도시 및 주거환경정비법'에서는 안전진단 비용부담의 주체자를 임의규정으로 정하고 있으나 조례에서는 안전진단을 요청한 자가 부담하도록 강행규정으로 정하고 있어,상위법의 취지를 고려해 안전진단 유예 신청이나 현지조사 결과 ‘유지보수’판정을 받아 정비계획의 입안 시기가 지난 후 안전진단을 요청하는 경우 안전진단 비용을 1회에 한정해 지원할 수 있도록 하고자 개정됐다.
