[브레이크뉴스경기남부=광명 이현준기자] 광명시가 2025년 노인정책을 위한 의견을 제안했다.
시는 6일 오전 시청 대회의실에서 ‘2024년 시장 직속 광명시 노인위원회 정책 제안 보고 회의’를 개최했다.
이날 회의에는 노인위원회 공동위원장인 박승원 광명시장과 고완철 민간위원장을 비롯해 노인위원회 위원 등 50명이 참석했다.
광명시 노인위원회는 건강증진분과, 일자리분과, 사회안전망분과 3개 분과, 50명으로 구성됐으며, 지난 3~7월 4차례 분과 회의를 거쳐 총 39건의 노인정책을 제안했다.
이날 회의에서는 분과별 위원이 그동안 회의를 통해 발굴한 분과별 제안 사항을 직접 소개했다.
39개 제안 사업 중 ▲스마트팜 조성 인지건강 증진 ▲경로당 구급함 지원 ▲70플러스 라운지 조성 ▲시니어 분식점 창업 ▲심장자동충격기(AED) 관리단 ▲첫출발 선배시민 복지정보 안내 사업 ▲스마트 돌봄사업 등은 2025년 예산에 반영해 추진할 예정이다.
시는 부서 검토가 필요한 제안 사업은 검토를 거쳐 노인위원회의 의견을 최대한 반영할 계획이다.
박 시장은 “제안된 정책을 신규 사업에 반영하고 기존사업을 강화해 어르신들이 건강하고 품위 있는 생활을 영위할 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
광명시는 현재 2023년에 제안된 사업인 ▲황톳길 조성 ▲그린공원 지원 일자리 ▲스마트팜 도담도담 카페 ▲경로당 스마트 운동기기 및 노래방기기 지원 ▲홀몸어르신 스마트 안전 센서등 지원 ▲ 치매예방 해피테이블 지원 등을 적극 추진하고 있다.
한편 광명시 노인위원회는 활발한 정책 제안 활동으로 ‘광명시 노인위원회 운영을 통한 어르신 참여 행정 구현’이라는 주제로 대한민국 건강고령친화정책 대상과 정부지방학회 정책대상 우수상 등을 수상했다.
