[브레이크뉴스경기남부=오산 이현준기자] 오산시가 5일 오산시청 물향기실에서 기능연속성계획 지원 인력, 필수 부서 직원 40여 명을 대상으로 ‘2024 기능연속성 계획’교육을 실시했다.
이번 교육은 시청사 붕괴 등 업무중단 위기상황에서 오산시 기능의 중단없이 연속적으로 수행할 수 있도록 ‘오산시 기능연속성 계획’에 관한 직원들의 이해를 높이고자 했다.
시 관계자는 “시청사 화재, 붕괴 같은 어떠한 재난비상 시에도 시민을 위한 오산시의 기능을 수행할 수 있도록 매년 교육 및 연 1회 이상 도상훈련을 하고 시의 재난상황대응 역량을 강화하겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편 시는 올해 4월 ▲비상시 업무 연속을 위한 핵심기능 ▲소요자원을 선정 ▲필수인력 및 대체업무공간 확보 ▲업무환경 조성 등 기능연속성 실행절차 등의 내용을 담은 기능연속성 계획을 수립했고 6월 도산훈련을 실시했다.
