[브레이크뉴스경기남부=여주 이현준기자] 여주시가 “맞춤형 공사감독관 계약관련 교육”을 실시했다.
이번 교육은 지난 9월 6일(금) 시청 대회의실에서 관.과, 사업소, 읍면동, 도시공사, 세종문화재단 공사감독관 등 100여명을 대상으로 금년 2월 신규공무원, 7월 회계담당자 교육에 이어 세 번째로 공사감독관들의 역량강화를 위해 계약총론, 발주준비단계, 공사감독관 메뉴얼, 유권해석, 감사사례 등의 내용을 중점으로 진행됐다.
특히 이번 교육은 감독공무원이 계약의 사전단계부터 준공까지 필요한 절차와 규정을 중점으로 교육하였고 그동안 실무에서 지켜지지 않는 내용를 함께 짚어가면서 감독공무원의 역할과 감독범위 등을 정립 할 수 있어 교육생들의 큰 호응을 얻었다.
교육에 참석한 한 공직자는 “그동안 회계교육, 예산교육 등은 있었지만 공사감독관에 대한 실무에 대한 교육이 부재하였는데 이런 교육을 통해 기본적이고 필수적인 내용을 실무 중심으로 들을 수 있는 좋은 기회가 되었다고” 말했다.
또한, 박정숙 회계과장은 교육에 앞서 “설계단계부터 하자발생 가능성을 검토하고 착공전 협업회의를 통해 불필요한 행정력 낭비를 최소화 하는 한편 철저한 공사감독을 통하여 행정의 신뢰성을 제고될 수 있도록 공사감독관의 역할과 의무에 최선을 다해 달라 .”고 당부하였다.
