[브레이크뉴스경기남부=용인 이현준기자] 용인특례시가 민선 8기 공약사업의 후반기 시민평가단 30명을 위촉했다.
이상일 시장은 9일 시청 영상회의실에서 열린 위촉식에서 시민평가단으로 선정된 위원들에게 일일이 위촉장을 전하고 객관적이고 냉철한 시각으로 공약을 평가해달라고 당부했다.
평가단은 ▲도시건설(71건) ▲교육문화(43건) ▲경제환경(61건) ▲행정복지(37건) 등 4개 분야 총 212개 공약사업의 이행 여부를 점검·평가하고 보완할 점을 제언한다. 임기는 오는 2026년 6월 30일까지다.
시는 전반기(2022년 11월부터 2024년 6월)에 이어 후반기에도 시민평가단 운영회의와 분과별·전체 회의 등을 통해 확정된 공약사업 이행 실적을 시 홈페이지를 통해 공개할 방침이다.
시는 2022년 7월 민선 8기 출범 후 올해 6월 말까지 212건의 공약사업 가운데 99건(47%)을 완료하고 98건(46%)은 진행하고 있는 등 전체사업의 93%를 정상 추진하고 있다.
