수원화성 일대에서 열리는 제61회 수원화성문화제(10월 4일~6일), ‘2024 정조대왕 능행차 공동재현(10월 5일~6일), 2024 국가유산 미디어아트, 수원화성(9월 28일~10월 20일) 등 3대 축제를 소개하고, 누구와 함께 방문하고 싶은지 묻는 설문조사다. 새빛톡톡 회원 누구나 참여할 수 있다.
설문조사에 참여자 중 추첨으로 총 130명에게 모바일 상품권을 지급한다. 30명에게 치킨 상품권, 100명에게는 커피 상품권을 제공할 예정이다. 당첨자는 10월 10일 개별 안내하고, 모바일 상품권은 문자메시지로 송부한다.
