원자력환경공단, 협력적 노사관계 구축을 위한 노.사.정 워크숍 개최

【브레이크뉴스 경주】박희경 기자=한국원자력환경공단(이사장 조성돈, 이하 공단)은 10일 노사 대표와 포항고용노동지청(지청장 김진하) 관계자가 참석한 가운데 협력적 노사관계 구축을 위한 노.사.정 워크숍을 개최했다.

공단에 따르면 이날 행사는 공단 노동조합(위원장 정기룡)과 민주노총 전국공공운수사회서비스노조 경북지역지부 공단분회(분회장 한종견)가 함께 노측 대표로 참석한 가운데 노동법률과 판례동향에 대한 강의, 노사간 현안사항 토론 및 소통 간담회 등 다양한 방법으로 서로 존중하고 건전한 노사관계를 구축하기 위해 노력했다.

또한 포항고용노동지청은 공단 노사갈등을 예방하고 합리적으로 조정함으로써 협력적 노사관계 형성을 위하여 적극 지원하기로 했다.

조성돈 이사장은 “노.사.정이 모두 모여 소통하는 자리를 갖는다는 것이 의미하는 바가 크다”며“상호 신뢰와 존중의 노사문화를 만들어 가도록 최대한 노력할 것이며, 이를 기반으로 안전하고 행복한 공단이 되도록 하겠다”고 말했다.

정기룡 노조위원장은“진정성을 가지고 노.사.정이 함께 노력한다면 상호 발전하고 도약하는 계기가 될 것”이라고 밝혔으며, 한종견 분회장은“노측과 사측은 상호동반자로서 상호 존중하여 활기찬 노사문화를 정착시키도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

김진하 지청장은“노사간의 신뢰가 무엇보다 중요하므로, 상호 노력하여 공단에선진 노사문화가 정착할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 말했다.
