오산시의회, 제287회 임시회 폐회

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=오산 이현준기자] 오산시의회가 제287회 임시회 일정을 마무리했다.

지난 11일 제2차 본회의를 열고 예산안 2건, 조례안 23건, 동의안 21건, 의견제시의 건 3건을 포함한 총 49건의 부의안건을 심의·의결했다.

예산안의 경우‘종합스포츠타운 조성 기본 구상 용역’ 등 8개 사업에서 약 914백만원이 감액되었고 그 밖의 사업은 원안 가결되어 기정 예산액 8,322억원 대비 약 305억원이 늘어난 약 8,627억원으로 제2회 추경 예산이 의결됐다.

조례안의 경우‘오산시의회 의원 윤리강령 및 윤리실천규범 등에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안’등 조례안 20건이 원안가결되었고 ‘오산시 국내외 도시 간 교류협력에 관한 조례 일부개정안’은 부결되었으며 ‘오산시 청년 및 신혼부부 주택임차 보증금 대출이자 지원 조례안’등 2건은 보류됐다.

동의안 등의 경우‘시립남부어린이집 민간위탁 동의안’등 동의안 21건,‘도시관리계획(도시계획시설:공공하수처리시설) 결정(안)’등 의견제시의 건 3건은 원안 가결됐다.

이상복 의장은“시민들이 느끼는 체감 경기가 어려운 만큼 지역경제 활성화를 위해 이번에 의결된 추경예산이 적재적소에 사용될 수 있도록 관계공무원에게 당부드린다.” 며“다가오는 추석에는 가족과 친지와 함께 풍성한 명절되시길 바란다.”고 말했다.
