브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 이번 추석 연휴의 직장인 25.7%는 개인 연차를 활용해 최장 9일 쉬는 것으로 조사됐다. 또한, 35.5%의 직장인은 평균 ‘83만8000원’의 상여금을 받는 것으로 나타났다.
12일 인크루트에 따르면 직장인 1055명을 대상으로 19~20일 이틀 모두 연차를 사용하는지 질문한 결과, △이틀 모두 사용한다(25.7%) △하루만 사용한다(17.1%) △사용하지 않는다(57.3%)로, 직장인 10명 중 4명(42.7%)이 이번 추석 연휴에 연차를 사용한다고 답했다.
기업 규모별에서는 △대기업(60.7%) △중견기업(50.2%) △공공기관 및 공기업(40.0%) △중소기업(37.5%) 순으로 연차를 사용한다고 답했다.
연령별에서는 40대가 47.8%로 1위를 차지했다. 이어 △20대(44.1%) △30대(39.9%) △50대 이상(39.0%) 등이었다.
직장인들이 연차를 사용하는 이유 1위로는 ‘집에서 휴식’(40.2%)을 꼽았다. 다른 이유로는 △국내여행(37.7%) △고향 방문(24.7%) △해외여행(21.0%) △자기계발(10.2%) △기타(2.0%) 등이었다.
연차를 사용하지 않는 이유는 ‘일이 많아서’(33.6%)가 가장 많았다.또 다른 이유로는 △회사에서 장려하지 않는 분위기여서(27.8%) △동료들의 눈치가 보여서(20.7%) △기타(20.2%) △개인 연차를 다 소진해서(13.1%) 순이었다.
아울러 직장인 중 35.5%가 추석 상여금을 받는다고 응답했다. 상여금은 평균 83만8000원을 받는다고 답했다.
