경기도 특별사법경찰단은 지난 8월 19일부터 9월 6일까지 3주간 도내 식품제조.가공업, 즉석판매제조.가공업, 축산물(가공)판매업체 360개를 대상으로 집중 수사를 한 결과 총 45건의 불법행위를 적발했다.
적발된 위반행위는 ▲소비기한 경과제품 보관 15건▲보존기준 위반 5건 ▲표시기준 등 위반 10건 ▲영업장 면적변경 미신고 7건 ▲자가품질검사 의무 위반 4건 등 총 45건이다.
주요 위반사례를 보면 화성시 A식품제조가공업체는 소비기한이 11개월이나 지난 냉동 절단꽃게를 폐기용 표시 없이 냉동창고에 보관했으며, 하남시 B식육판매업체는 냉장 보관해야 하는 한우잡육을 냉동 보관하며 영업을 했다.
